Tijjani Reijnders is enjoying life at AC Milan, having become a key player since last season, and his passion clearly extends beyond the pitch. In a photo published on his Instagram, he rocked the legendary centenary shirt.
Reijnders bagged a brace as Milan defeated Club Brugge in the Champions League earlier this week and was named the MOTM by us. Unfortunately, due to the Bologna postponement, he will miss the game against Napoli on Tuesday through suspension and that is indeed a big blow.
In any case, the Dutchman is enjoying life at Milan and on his Instagram, he published a photo dump from life in Milano. In one of the photos, he’s seen wearing the legendary centenary shirt (of the 1999-2000 season), of which there is also a replica version in the official store.

Given his recent success at the club, Milan are also working on a contract renewal for Reijnders and it’s believed that he will double his salary. Even though the current deal doesn’t expire until 2028, it would still be a well-deserved renewal given the pay rise.
Save the cash and try and sign an actual midfield general in January?
No way, he is hands down our best midfielder and one of the best we have had in a long time.
Would rather sell RLC and bring someone like Ricci or a someone with a Van Bommel type of profile.
Everything could change with one key addition – an actual DM so they could play 433 and guys like Reijnders, Musah and RLC in their proper roles. Until then these acquisitions were all a waste of money.
