Milan legend Andriy Shevchenko led his Ukraine to the quarter-finals in the Euros, where they were knocked out by England. The team impressed and the manager has now thanked the Rossoneri fans.
Shevchenko is still very big in the Milan environment and many regard him as one of the best to wear the shirt. Therefore, it was not exactly a surprise that he got some extra support from the Rossoneri fans during the Euros.
On his Instagram page, he published a message to thank the Italian and Milan fans for their support, while also praising Italy for their success: “A heartfelt thanks from me and from all Ukrainian people to the Rossoneri and to all the Italian fans who have supported us on this European journey”.
