Pioli takes Milan squad on a team-building trip out into the desert

After yesterday’s training session, Stefano Pioli decided to take the entire team on a trip out to the desert. A team-building exercise, as it’s called, and the players seemed to enjoy it a lot.

Milan lost their friendly against Liverpool by 4-1 in the end but at least won the penalty shootout after. While a lot of work is still needed, they are regaining form and it will be interesting to see them against PSV Eindhoven in little over a week.

The team made the trip out to the desert just outside of Dubai and that decision was taken by manager Pioli. He wanted to give the players a relaxing time, amid the hectic schedule, and also wanted to strengthen the cohesion within the group.
