By Oliver Fisher -

Brahim Diaz is heading for another start tonight when AC Milan host Cagliari, hoping to capitalise on his fantastic recent form.

As PianetaMilan writes, there are some interesting numbers, statistics and curiosities related to the Spanish playmaker. For example Brahim Díaz is one of eight players to have scored both in Serie A with Milan and in LaLiga with Real Madrid in the 2000s. The others are Gonzalo Higuaín, Ronaldo, Ricardo Kaká, Robinho, David Beckham, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Antonio Cassano.

In addition, Brahim Díaz has taken an active part in four goals (three goals and one assist) in his last three Serie A appearances as a starter. All five of Brahim Díaz’s goals in the five major European leagues have come away.

Brahim Díaz has actively participated in seven Serie A goals (four goals, three assists) in 25 appearances, having only scored twice in his previous 20 games with Manchester City and Real Madrid.

Hakan Çalhanoğlu is the player with whom Brahim Díaz has exchanged the most passes (107) in the current league season.
