AC Milan have met with agent Mino Raiola this morning to discuss the renewal of Alessio Romagnoli’s contract, reports have confirmed.
Fabrizio Romano writes that Raiola is in Milano at the moment for a meeting with the Milan management which is ongoing at the time of writing. The main topic of course will be Romagnoli’s contract extension as his current deal expires in June 2022, with Romano adding: “Negotiations on.”
Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s new contract will be discussed in the next few months meanwhile, but the Sky journalist confirms that the Swede is ‘still loving AC Milan life’.
Calciomercato.com journalist Daniele Longo also confirms that Raiola is currently meeting with the Milan leadership over extending Romagnoli’s contract, as does Gianluca Di Marzio, who adds that negotiations have officially begun to try to renew Romagnoli’s contract.
Yesterday evening, Raiola and the Rossoneri captain had dinner together in a venue in the center of Milan to talks about his situation.
