AC Milan have set their sights on Real Betis’ Juan Miranda for the left-hand side of their defence. The youngster’s contract will expire in the summer and the Rossoneri are well on top of the matter already, a report claims.
The Rossoneri are currently lacking a proper deputy for Theo Hernandez, even though the 17-year-old Davide Bartesaghi made his debut yesterday against Verona. This hole is something that Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada want to fix.
According to Relevo, Milan are very interested in signing the Real Betis left-back Miranda. His contract will expire at the end of the season and the Rossoneri believe he would be a great signing, having already tried to sign him two times this summer.
However, the Spanish side are also working hard on a renewal, while there are other clubs interested as well. It remains to be seen what decision Milan will make, as it likely will depend on the performances of Bartesaghi this season.

If Barteshagi keeps improving, Milan may cash in on Theo next season and Miranda will be Barteshagi’s backup.
