AC Milan remain in the Sandro Tonali sweepstakes, a journalist has claimed, while Gianluigi Donnarumma wishes to stay.
Radio Rossonera journalist Pietro Balzano Prota did a Q&A with his followers on Twitter to discuss a number of topics related to Milan and in particular the mercato.
He was asked about the future of Gianluigi Donnarumma, responding that there will be news soon but the goalkeeper has told friends and team-mates that he wishes to stay.
Ci stiamo lavorando. Potremmo avere news presto. Intanto so di per certo che a qualche amico e compagno ha detto di voler restare

In addition to that, Prota confirmed that Milan are still interested in Brescia star Sandro Tonali, despite reports he is closing in on a move to Inter.

He was also asked about the plans for Ralf Rangnick, and what kind of contract length he might get, to which Prota admitted he does not know but suspects it could be a long-term deal.
Bella domanda, sai che non so? Peró potrebbe essere un conttatto lungo

A number of reported targets were then put to Prota including the likes of PSV right-back Denzel Dumfries, Celtic centre-back Kristoffer Ajer, PSG centre-back Tanguy Kouassi, AZ Alkmaar midfielder Teun Koopmeiners, Red Bull Salzburg wide man Dominik Szoboszlai, Santos forward Kaio Jorge and Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic.
The journalist responded by revealed he has had interest in Dumfries, Kouassi and Szoboszlai confirmed to him, while Jovic is an idea that his agent is pushing more than anyone.
Difficile, posso dirti chi so che piace. Ho conferme su dumfries, kouassi e szoboslzai. Sugli altri no, ma magari sono io che non so. jovic è un’idea, in primis del suo agente
