Report: Decisive meeting expected soon for Origi’s move to Milan – the details

By Isak Möller -

Divock Origi is expected to leave Liverpool at the end of this season as his contract with the club will expire. He’s currently in advanced negotiations with AC Milan and the move is just details away, a report claims.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are looking to bolster the team with a striker this summer as the Rossoneri have struggled to score lately. In addition, Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic aren’t exactly getting any younger.

According to Rudy Galetti, a decisive meeting is expected soon with Milan to define the commission and sign-on bonus for the transfer. There is already an agreement on the contract details: a four-year contract (3+1) worth €3.5m plus €500k in bonuses per year.

It seems the Belgian, who hasn’t played a lot for Liverpool this season, is just one step away from joining the club he scored against in December of last year. In the coming days, more updates should arrive on the matter.
