AC Milan have held discussions with agent Fali Ramadani about the signing of a Fiorentina defender, according to a report.
It has been reported by a number of different outlets that Milan are in the market for a new centre-back to partner captain Alessio Romagnoli amid doubts over the futures of Simon Kjaer and Mateo Musacchio, plus the fact Matteo Gabbia is inexperienced.
According to Alessandro Jacobone, Milan’s interest in Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic has been confirmed after reports yesterday that the Rossoneri enquired about him during talks over Lucas Paqueta.
Milenkovic’s profile is appreciated as he can play in either a three-man or four-man defence, and he will not be renewing his contract which expires in 2022.
In addition, Jacobone adds that contacts have been established with his agent Ramadani, who of course represents Ante Rebic and another reported Milan target in Luka Jovic.
The Serbia international was apparently rated at €50m in January when Manchester United were linked with a move.
#WhatsApp Conferme sull'interessamento del #Milan per #Milenkovic che sembrerebbe piacere per la sua duttilità potendo giocare sia a tre che a quattro.
