Report: Milan offered chance to reunite Man Utd duo with Ibrahimovic – the club’s stance

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have been offered the chance to sign two Manchester United players by intermediaries, according to one journalist.

With the season having concluded on Saturday night, attention has now turned to the transfer market with the Rossoneri expected to be active as they look to strengthen in a number of key areas.

Reports have suggested that the club are looking to bring in both a centre-back – given the doubts over Mateo Musacchio and Leo Duarte – plus a player who can play in the three behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

According to Alessandro Jacobone of Sportitalia and TMW on Twitter, Milan have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United duo Jesse Lingard and Eric Bailly, the former a client of Raiola.

However, at the moment neither player is considered a priority for Milan as Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic continues to be the first choice to reinforce the defence, while Lingard is coming off the back of a poor season.
