Report: Milan eye young PSV Eindhoven winger as Plan B to Chukwueze

By Isak Möller -

One Bakayoko has left AC Milan this summer, but another one could arrive. In fact, the Rossoneri have PSV Eindhoven winger Johan Bakayoko on their wish list and could make a serious attempt.

One of Milan’s priorities this summer is the right-wing position as both Junior Messias and Alxis Saelemaekers could leave. Christian Pulisic has already been secured by the club but he will most likely also play in the middle, as well as on the left.

As such, an additional right-winger could arrive and Samuel Chukwueze of Villarreal seems to be the main target. According to MilanPress, the negotiations are difficult and Milan have thus lined up PSV winger Johan Bakayoko as an alternative.

The 20-year-old has a price tag of around €25m and another big plus is that he’s Belgian, meaning he wouldn’t take up a non-EU slot like Chukwueze. This would allow Milan to also sign one of Mehdi Taremi and Daichi Kamada.

This past season, Bakayoko got 9 goals and 6 assists for PSV in all competitions (39 appearances).

    1. Why? Do you want to say that if one Belgian player or even two failed he will as well? Pathetic, try reading some books to enlighten yourself.

          1. “He says, proving my point…. How do you even know he was being 100% serious about Belgians?? Incredible.”

I’ve said it many times and I’ll repeat it again. Martin knows everything about everything. He’s just one of those guys.

          2. bb

If it was up to you Leao would ve been sold to Wolves for 45m and Rebic would cover up all 4 attacking positions. I could make a scrapbook of ridiculous comments you made.
Instead of interfering in other people’s discussions all the time, go outside, get some color

          3. Hahahahahahaha!!!! @Batsumi!!! LMAO!

Correct – @bb the forever DONKEY who wanted to sell Leao for 40M LOLOLOLO – and that racist piece of trash @dejan10 – what a perfect couple of kissing cousins LOL

These two idiots couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag. Unreal. @Martin don’t waste your time trying to explain things to these two fools it will get you nowhere.

        1. @bb so does “LMAO LOLOLO Juro”. He even knows my nationality and that I’m racist apparently. I didn’t know I was racist so maybe I should ask him what to do about it. 🤣

    1. Isaksen dosen’t fit with the merican woke style that Milan is going for, lol. Jokes aside if Liverpool and Totenham are considering Isaksen too, than there must be something really good in him.

  1. I would prefer Chukwu over him instead but giving Johan doens’t require a non EU spot, he might be worth given a shot. Really electric player, looks like he isnt impressed by anything. since making his debut in senior football he developed mighty well! So why not, get him and forget Morata, Taremi, bid 18m for Boniface instead, give him the non EU

  2. Another Bakayoko? No thanks, there’s never been a good one! It’s like the English players named Davies or Smith, they usually suck!

    1. I bet you know 2, probably discovered one of them today :’D n1 filled his wallet at Chelsea all these years bcs of his talent, than decided to screw the game, he feels comfortable. N2 looks highly promising.
So I would say the opposite is true

  3. I saw him live in the friendly against us this year, he was the standout player for psv. Good signing in my opinion

  4. If it opens up another slot and this kid is as good as Chukwueze and doesn’t take up a non-EU spot – then of course we should do it. Rather have Kamada or the ability to sign a non- EU STRIKER + Bakayoko then just Chukwueze. We need more DEPTH. So two for the price of one is the better way to go. Who cares what nationality he is – only matters if he can play. And by all accounts he can.
