Red Bull Salzburg star Dominik Szoboszlai is closing in on a move to AC Milan as the Austrian club are ready to accept the Rossoneri’s offer.
We reported on Tuesday via Vito Angele that Szoboszlai is on Rangnick’s wish list and the German has received reassurances from the club. The Rossoneri have already been in contact with the agent, collecting the player’s approval for the move.
French journalist Manu Lonjon claimed on Twitter that PSG are interested in signing Szoboszlai, a player who has drawn comparisons to Sergej Milinkovic-Savic of Lazio, but added Milan and Arsenal are ‘well ahead’ in the race.
According to TodoFichajes, Milan have accelerated negotiations with RB Salzburg for the Hungary international. The signing of the playmaker is one of the demand that the German coach laid out before accepting to join the Rossoneri, and talks have been ongoing for weeks.
The latest report claims an offer of €20m has been placed for the 19-year-old, an offer that the Austrians are inclined to accept.
