The international break is in full swing and a total of 13 AC Milan players are out on international duty. Only one of them will be in action today, though, and that player is Alexis Saelemaekers.
The right-winger has received some criticism for his performances lately but was still called up by Belgium for their friendlies against Ireland and Burkina Faso. This season, he has found the back of the net just twice, which isn’t good enough.
It remains to be seen if he can bounce back from the recent drop in form with a good performance for Belgium tonight. The game is scheduled for 18:00 and we will keep you updated in case Saelemaekers makes an appearance.
Milan will not be back in action next weekend, but rather on the Monday after. Bologna are the opponents and it’s another important game for the Rossoneri in their Scudetto pursuit, with just eight games remaining.
