AC Milan president Paolo Scaroni gave a speech to the squad yesterday at Milanello ahead of what many are calling a watershed derby against Inter.
Milan are going through a tough moment after a terrible start to 2023 in which they have won only one of the first seven games across all competitions, including three defeats on the spin for the first time since 2019.
According to today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan), the president of the Rossoneri – Paolo Scaroni – spoke to the team at training yesterday to send a strong message in view of Sunday’s game against the city rivals.
Scaroni was at Milanello together with the new CEO Giorgio Furlani plus directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara. The paper underlined the words of the Rossoneri president, who said: “Milan, united we will rise again!”
“We have great faith in you. We are so close to you that we would like to be on the pitch with you,” he added. It is a great sign of trust from the top, which are betting heavily on the coach and the Milan players to get back up from this very dark moment.
We believe in you too guys but you need to put your head together asap
We, fans, criticize you because we CARE
Sure you are that’s why you didn’t put less budget than last year 🤣 if you believed in the team you should have put more budget so the options would be way different only florenzi and CDK would prolly bought again but for attack and someone else in RW/RM than messias and of course someone else on RB than dest but you guys want only cheap solutions
