  1. Be more upbeat guys!
Bennacer is an incredible steal. Serie A proven and very strong stats in a relegation team, he should kick on in a much better team and given the fact he’s young.
Theo Hernandez is a perfect LB for the system that Giampaolo uses. Big threat with his pace! Hopefully Conti can rediscover his Atalanta form, but Calabria is improving too on his attacking game.
Like Bennacer, Krunic has great stats for a weak side. You’d have to hope he can improve too, given he will be in a team that will be attacking much more than Empoli.
Then we look to be landing Correa on top of Leao. Leao is versatile and with massive potential like all our signings to double or triple their value with us.

Given the fact Roma have weakened, Atalanta have European commitments and a small squad, I think we’re nailed on for top 4 at the minimum.

Lets also wait and see who else may come in. If we want to be greedy, perhaps we could force out Musacchio and maybe replace him with a strong CB that we need like Glik. (As you mention, who can start now and become back up once Caldara hopefully returns).

Finally, keep in mind we’ve clearly brought in a better tactician with clearer ideas, the team will continue to improve too given how young it is, and we already finished just a point off the top 4.

Plus Modric will be coming on the final day 😉
