Sky: Agent of €30m Milan striker arrives for crunch talks as Spurs, PSG rumours persist

By Oliver Fisher -

The agent of Krzysztof Piatek has held a meeting with the AC Milan hierarchy on Saturday night to discuss his client’s future, a report claims.

It has not been ideal start to the 2019-20 campaign for Piatek thus far as he has scored just once from open play in the league and has lost his spot in the starting XI to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Rafael Leao.

The Athletic claimed that Piatek is attracting interest from the likes of Manchester United, Spurs, Aston Villa, Newcastle and West Ham United, while PSG have been linked.

There were some interesting comments from Piatek’s father on Friday too, as he confirmed that his son must be considered a starter and firmly opened the door to the possibility of a move.

Earlier on Saturday, the Daily Star reported that Spurs could still be the ones to complete a move for Piatek late in the window.

According to Sky Italia (via MilanNews.it) a meeting is currently underway between the Rossoneri management – headed by Zvonomir Boban, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara – and the agent of Piatek.

The talk is as expected regarding the former Genoa man’s future, while Sky ad that Milan continue to ask for at least €30million to part with him this month.
