AC Milan head coach Marco Giampaolo is ready to make changes to his starting XI for Saturday’s trip to Genoa, a report claims.
The Rossoneri have lost four of their first six league games, the worst start to a season that Milan have had in over 80 years, and as such speculation is rife that Giampaolo could lose his job already.

Rudi Garcia, Andriy Shevchenko, Gennaro Gattuso, Roberto Donadoni and Claudio Ranieri have all been linked, as have Max Allegri and Luciano Spalletti.
According to Sky Italia – as cited by Calciomercato.com – Giampaolo is ready to freshen things up in his starting line-up against Genoa, a game which could reportedly by do-or-die for his future.
As a result, one of Samu Castillejo, Ricardo Rodriguez, Lucas Biglia or Fabio Borini is expected to start at the Marassi.
