Sky: Inter would launch move for major Milan target if €60m man leaves for Spurs

The track leading to Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic appears to have become more complicated as Inter have now entered the running.

Milan are in desperate need of a new centre-back to reinforce a department which is currently thin on depth due to the injuries of Alessio Romangoli and Mateo Musacchio plus the inexperience of Matteo Gabbia and Leo Duarte.

Milenkovic continues to be the name most heavily linked, but on Tuesday night Gianluca Di Marzio told Sky (via MilanLive) that Inter also like the Serbia international and that a market derby could now occur.

However, the Nerazzurri would also join the running if Milan Skriniar left, with Spurs keen and a €60m asking price set.

At the moment, neither Milan nor Inter are close to Milenkovic, because Fiorentina continue to ask for €40million, but the possible departure of Skriniar could push the Serbian towards Inter as they would have the funds to make a serious offer.
