An update has arrived on the condition of Franck Kessie and the current status of talks over his renewal from Sky Italia.
Speaking on Sky (via MilanNews), Manuele Baiocchini took stock of Kessie’s condition and the Milan transfer market, remarking that the Ivorian is a bit better than has been reported by other places and could try a return to the field for the game at the end of the month against Cagliari at San Siro.
It is not an injury that can be rushed though given it is a muscle problem, so that is why the idea of the Milan medical staff is to let him return after the international break. On the renewal front the situation is still the same, with Milan’s offer being close to the player’s requests.
Milan’s transfer market will then enter the final rush in the last 10 days, with more additions therefore to be expected.
