Sky: Milan decide to keep €85m duo despite speculation – the details…

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have decided not to sell neither Gianluigi Donnarumma nor Suso this summer, according to the latest reports.

PSG’s sale of Kevin Trapp to Eintracht Frankfurt has sparked rumours that the Ligue 1 side are readying a fresh assault for Donnarumma to replace him.

Widespread reports had claimed that Donnarumma is not considered unsellable by Milan and that a valuation of at least €50m has been placed on his head.

Earlier on Tuesday it was claimed that his agent Mino Raiola has held talks with the Parisians over terms before potentially presenting an offer to Milan.

Suso meanwhile continues to be the centre of intense speculation. Coach Marco Giampaolo has made it clear he wishes to keep the Spaniard, but interest from Fiorentina, Roma and Lyon is apparently making Milan think.

However, according to reports from Sky Italia (via MilanNews.it), Milan have made their stance clear: they have no intentions of selling Donnarumma or Suso.

The report adds that ‘only if some very important offers were to arrive’ would they be considered, but this would likely have to be much more than their reported €50m and €35m valuations respectively.

  1. “Making Milan think”: there is nothing to think about. It is stupid to sell a player who is so important to the team and buy another who may, or may not, fit in. For example, Piatek has not yet found his place.
