The day after the big win against Lecce, it’s back to work for AC Milan as an important clash with Roma awaits. It was the Rossoneri’s first league game since the Coronavirus stop, which has had several consequences.

Several clubs have imposed salary cuts due to the lack of revenue and games, with the players staying at home during the quarantine. According to Sky Italia, as cited by MilanNews.it, Milan have also reached an agreement with their player on this front.

The cut amounts to 50% of the April salary, meaning it isn’t a substantial loss for the players. All of them have been summoned to Casa Milan where they will sign the waiver, ready to carry on with the season and leave the past behind.

Theo Hernandez, Franck Kessie, Diego Laxalt and Rafael Leao turned up at the headquarters today to sign the agreement. As for the rest, they will take care of the matter in the coming days.
