AC Milan have rejected the first offer from Werder Bremen for Fode Ballo-Toure, who is destined to leave the club this summer. However, the Rossoneri are confident that an agreement will be found, a report claims.
Ballo-Toure has been linked with many clubs over the last few weeks, including Werder Bremen. According to Sky Italia, the German side have tabled an offer of €3m for the left-back, but it was rejected quickly by Milan.
The Rossoneri have reiterated their €4m demand and given the small gap of just €1m, they are confident that an agreement will be reached. Ballo-Toure appears to be open to the move which is crucial, given that he rejected Fulham (who did offer €4m).
In the meantime, per the same report, Milan have secured the replacement Riccardo Calafiori on loan for the upcoming season. They also intend to promote the Primavera star Davide Bartesaghi in 6-12 months (you can read the full story here).
Just sign the contract already ,
Exactly.
Don’t haggle over 1 million. Let him go. Wages will more than make up for that.
Let him go to Bologna, even if it’s a loan with option to buy, so it can soften their stand when you come for Dominguez.
The season will soon start and a proper DM hasn’t arrive plus the likelihood of Krunic leaving late means you have a complete set of midfielders.
