Ante Rebic is one of five AC Milan players who have shown up at Milanello to train despite the team having a day off, a report claims.
According to the latest from Sky Italia (via MilanNews), Rebic is among the Milan players who have shown up to train at Milanello today, despite the team having a day off in light of Monday’s game at Lecce and the recovery programme yesterday.
The others included Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Simon Kjaer – both undergoing treatment on minor injuries – as well as Leo Duarte and Rade Krunic who are also returning from absences.
Rebic is seemingly on a mission to fully make up for his red card at Juventus in the Coppa Italia semi-final return leg, and sees his goal against Lecce on Monday as insufficient.
The Croatia international joined last summer on a two-year loan from Eintracht Frankfurt, and il Corriere dello Sport are reporting that all the signs point in favour of Rebic remaining beyond his two-year loan.
