Sky: Three Milan players undergo personalised training ahead of Cremonese game

By Euan Burns -

Three AC Milan players underwent personalised training plans on Monday as the team prepares to face relegation-threatened Cremonese, a report claims.

As has been reported by Sky Sport (via Milan News), Fikayo Tomori, Zlatana Ibrahimovic and Tommaso Pobega all did their own special sessions rather than the full training with the entire team.

The good news for Milan and Stefano Pioli is that none of those three players occupy the same position. Tomori picked up an injury against AS Roma which he is expected to recover from quickly, but he is suspended for the Cremonese game anyway.

Both Pobega and Ibrahimovic are not going to be recovered in time to play any role against the Grigiorossi at San Siro on Wednesday night but they are not players that would have necessarily been expected to start even when fit.

The match kicks off at 21:00 CEST on Wednesday night, alongside Roma and Inter’s matches against Monza and Verona respectively.
