Spanish report claims Real Madrid will offer major Milan target in bid to land Spurs star Kane

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan continue to be linked with Luka Jovic, but the operation is not easy and according to reports in Spain there has been a spanner thrown into the works.

According to the latest from Don Balon, Real Madrid are ready to make a serious move for Spurs star Harry Kane this summer and intend to use Jovic as a counterpart to bring down his asking price.

The Serbian centre-forward is a player that Spurs like but they obviously want to keep Kane if at all possible. In the event though that the England international decides to leave north London, then Tottenham could agree to take Jovic in the operation.

Real Madrid invested €60million euros last summer to buy the 22-year-old from Eintracht Frankfurt but he has just two goals so far this season.

Milan can only afford some kind of loan formula at best which means they are at a disadvantage in their pursuit.
