AC Milan have joined the list of teams interested in signing Fiorentina star Federico Chiesa, according to a report.
Last month il Corriere dello Sport claimed Manchester United were interested in the player, with Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Manchester City also firmly in the hunt.
Gazzetta dello Sport though claimed Fiorentina had tried to put off suitors by raising his asking price for Cheisa to €70million.
However, Sportitalia (via MilanNews.it) claim that the hefty price tag has not deterred the Rossoneri, who are dreaming of signing the Italy international star this summer.
They report that Milan could try and reduce the €70m fee by inserting Patrick Cutrone as a counterpart, but there would also have to be a cash sum inserted as part of the deal.
Chiesa has six goals and seven assists in 28 Serie A appearances so far this team, and has a combined 42 goals and assists in 103 games for La Viola in total.
