In addition to the transfer market, Milan are also working on renewing some of their key players, with Gigio Donnarumma and Hakan Calhanoglu being the priorities. As things stand, both could leave for free in the summer.
With regards to the No.10, as reported by TuttoMercatoWeb’s Marco Conterio, optimism is filtering from the Rossoneri and a new summit is scheduled for next week. Milan’s goal, of course, is to find the definitive agreement with agent Gordon Stipic.

The parties could meet in the middle and settle at €4.5m per year, including some bonuses that are very easy to achieve. After months of rumours, therefore, the Calhanoglu renewal saga could come to an end.
The midfielder didn’t take part in today’s training session and it remains to be seen if he will available for the game against Cagliari on Monday. Given his importance, it would be a blow not to have him there.
