The value of AC Milan’s two star midfielders – Ismael Bennacer and Franck Kessie – is continuing to rise, at least according to Transfermarkt.

The well-known portal (via TMW) indicates that Kessie most improved player of the season so far as his market value – calculated using various factors – has risen from €20m in July 2020 to €50m currently. Two Inter players follow as Nicolò Barella has gone from €30m to €60m and Alessandro Bastoni from €31.5m to €55m.

The top five is completed by Victor Osimhen (€27m to €50m today) and Ismael Bennacer (€27.5m to €50m). Interestingly a couple of players who have been recently linked with moves to Milan are also near the top of the rankings, starting with Hellas Verona centre-back Matteo Lovato, now valued at €7m which denotes a rise of 4566 per cent.

He is followed on the podium by Wilfried Singo of Torino who is worth €6m today, a rise of 3900% from the start of the season.
