AC Milan are in talks with the agent of Hellas Verona midfielder Mattia Zaccagni over the idea of a move to the San Siro, a report claims.
It was reported by Calciomercato.com yesterday that the Rossoneri club has started negotiations with Verona for Zaccagni, who has a valuation of €15m, and that he could be signed and loaned back to Verona until the end of the season.
According to reports from Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan are interested in the Italian playmaker but the management have not yet put a concrete offer on the table for the Gialloblu to digest.
Despite this, they have still expressed their interest to the player’s entourage, probing the ground ahead of what could become a more serious and concrete pursuit be it in January or during the summer window.
