Tuttosport: Milan closing in on return of Real Madrid playmaker – the formula

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan seem to be edging closer towards being able to welcome Brahim Diaz back for at least another season, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes that the attacking midfielder has convinced everyone, from Stefano Pioli to the management, who have been negotiating with Los Blancos for weeks to try and get him back.

The next week should be the decisive one for the future of the 21-year-old. The two clubs have never stopped talks and are moving towards a final solution which is likely to be a loan with option to buy, and all that remains is to establish the figure of the buy-out option.

It should just be a ‘matter of days’ until a full agreement is reached as the player has never hidden his desire to remain with the Rossoneri as he feels valued and trusted by the leadership, obtaining playing time he was not previously getting with Real.
