Tuttosport: Milan could use excellent relations to secure €20m Real Madrid playmaker

In recent weeks, Milan have been linked with several players on the market. However, they are yet to make a signing and with the season approaching fast, they still have many areas to reinforce.

As reported by today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), there has been a lot of talk about the midfield. It’s clear that a backup is needed for Ismael Bennacer and Franck Kessie, but Milan could also sign an attacking midfielder.

The Rossoneri have set their sights on Oscar Rodriguez, who recently returned to Real Madrid after a loan spell at Leganes. He scored nine goals and got two assists for the Spanish side this past season, playing mainly as a trequartista.

The player would cost Milan €20m, per the newspaper, and the relations between the two clubs are excellent. Paolo Maldini could use this in his favour and new contacts between the parties shouldn’t be ruled out.
