Tuttosport: Milan player ratings for Fiorentina win – substitutes among trio who impress

By Oliver Fisher -

Three AC Milan players stood out during last night’s win against Fiorentina but the rest of the team were a mixed bag, according to Tuttosport.

Rafael Leão’s early strike and a late own-goal from Nikola Milenkovic in the second minute of added time sent the capacity crowd at San Siro happy, with a long break now due to the World Cup.

According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), there are three Milan players who deserve the highest score from the victory against Fiorentina. Fikayo Tomori is the first, as his block on the line was crucial, while substitutes Sergino Dest and Aster Vranckx came on in the second half and made an important impact with their energy. The trio each got a 6.5.

Ciprian Tatarusanu, Pierre Kalulu, Sandro Tonali, Ante Rebic, Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao were each given a score of 6, while a 5.5 was given to Malick Thiaw, Theo Hernandez, Brahim, Divock Origi, Ismael Bennacer and Rade Krunic.
