Alexis Saelemaekers has started the season well for AC Milan and will be hoping to be a bit more prolific this season, which is what the Rossoneri have been missing. It’s clear, however, that he’s constantly growing.
As highlighted by today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Saelemaekers is in constant growth. Not many would have imagined that when he arrived from Anderlecht in January of 2020, as few knew of him back then.
Now, however, the youngster is an established and appreciated player not only at Milan, but also in the Belgian national team. On Thursday, he played his first official match as a starter with his national team, putting in a good performance.
With determination and personality, Saelemaekers has managed to carve out his space also with Belgium. For Milan, he’s a key man, one of the most useful players on the right-hand side. Hopefully, he will be more prolific this season.
