Tuttosport: Milan willing to let defensive outcast leave on loan – destination identified

By Isak Möller -

Milan aren’t just looking to sign players this summer but they also need to part ways with a few, one being Andrea Conti. The right-back isn’t in the club’s plans and will leave once again.

The former Atalanta man spent half of last season on loan at Parma and the latter decided to not redeem him as they got relegated to Serie B. Conti has taken part in the two friendly games but his future isn’t at Milan.

According to Tuttosport, as cited by MilanLive, the Rossoneri are working on his exit and it seems they are willing to accept another loan. Sampdoria are very interested and sending Conti away would allow Milan to act immediately on the incoming front.

For Sampdoria, a loan is the perfect solution and there will most likely be some sort of buy-out clause in the deal as well. It remains to be seen if an agreement can be reached with the clubs soon.

    1. Frankly i doubt this rumour has anything to do with reality as it simply wouldnt make any sense unless it was a fairly high paid loan which then wouldnt really benefit the loaning club. Think he will be sold for 2.5-3 mil or something before the transfer window closes.

  1. He spend most of the time injured, perhaps we should give him a chance to stay this time. You never know, he might be able to show who he really is
