Tuttosport: Origi an important weapon for Milan off the bench against Inter

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has welcomed Divock Origi back into the fold after his return from injury and he is hoping to continue his reputation as a derby specialist.

Today’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) took stock of Milan’s formation in view of the derby against Inter tonight, with the usual defence of Maignan, Calabria, Kalulu, and Theo Hernández to be fielded, while Sandro Tonali returns to midfield from the first minute.

Divock Origi will return having completely recovered after the physical problems he has battled in recent days that forced him to miss the midweek game against Sassuolo.

The Belgian could be an important weapon to come on and take the spot of Olivier Giroud, and he loves derby games having scored six times for Liverpool against Everton.

However, Ante Rebic will not recover in time for the game against the Nerazzurri as the Croatian has not yet disposed of a back injury.
