Stefano Pioli is planning for the games ahead and he already has some rotation in mind for the next couple of matches, a report claims.
According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Olivier Giroud has fully recovered for match at the Stadio Olimpico against Roma tomorrow evening and Pioli has no doubts: he will start the Frenchman against the Giallorossi.
However, there are a lot of fixtures to come with a midweek game against Cremonese to follow on Wednesday 3 May at San Siro, and Pioli knows that he will have to try and keep his big players fresh for the Lazio game after that.
That is why one of either Divock Origi or Ante Rebic are highly likely to get a start in the Cremonese game, in order to keep Giroud in top condition for the match against Maurizio Sarri’s side, which could be huge in the battle for the top four as the Roma one is.
US Pioli Never Gets Old ,stop Or8gi Instead of Him Line up Francesco Camarda Our Goal Prodigy from our Youth/Perimavera or El-Hilali
You do realize Camrda is 14 years old. No matter how good you think he is right now, he wouldn’t survive 10 minutes out there.
He must be 14 years old himself.
Mister needs to try CDK instead of Origi/Rebic
I agree – CDK needs a position to occupy – Origi and Rebic are useless so why not CF…
try made CDK being Centre Forward….
Conisering it did not work against Empoli, Bologna and Salernitana with rotting players he should accept that some in the rotation have no place in Milan
I’m a glass half full. Start Origi/Rebic against lower teams, hope they do a decent enough job to entice some PL club to buy them and sell their butts.
If we dont play them at all, nobody will want to buy them.
Let’s stick with Rebic and just forget Origi even exists, because he does not, then cut our losses in the summer.
why is he not willing to try CDK as no. 9? Does he even consider it in training? Rebic has shown no sign of his usual self this whole season! Origi, is not the only way to go either. I think CDK can be tried out as he has a good controlling ability and great eye for creating chance!
