AC Milan’s Christmas dinner took place last night at the Talent Garden Hotel in Milano. and by all accounts it was an excellent chance for the squad to get together and bond.
As Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) report this morning, the team, the coaching staff, the management and club employees – all accompanied by their respective families – met for a moment of togetherness and to celebrate the holidays.
Milan president Paolo Scaroni and CEO Giorgio Furlani were present and they brought greetings from the owner Gerry Cardinale. A greeting message from the RedBird Capital number one will probably also arrive on Christmas Eve, the paper adds.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was also absent from the dinner, having just been appointed as RedBird consultant and an advisor to Milan. The Swede, since taking up his new role, has not yet had the opportunity to say hello to everyone.
Last week, he was unable to go with the squad to Newcastle and/or join the Rossoneri at Milanello in the following days due to having the flu. Now, however, Zlatan is in Milan and between today and tomorrow he could be at the training ground for his first official outing in his new role.
