Milan are on the verge of securing the services of Brahim Diaz, having reached an agreement with Real Madrid. However, the Spaniard most likely won’t be the only playmaker arriving this summer.
According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri intend to bring in one more player for the No.10 role this summer. It makes sense as Brahim Diaz and Hakan Calhanoglu held those roles last season, and the latter has now left.
As mentioned, Milan have already reached an agreement with Real Madrid on the basis of a loan with an option to buy for Diaz. With regards to the second signing, they have set their sights on Marcel Sabitzer of RB Leipzig.
The Austrian’s contract will expire in 2022 and he’s at the top of Milan’s transfer wish list. Due to the contractual situation, his price tag isn’t that high and the Rossoneri could get him on a bargain deal, given his qualities.
