Tuttosport: Tonali will be in the stands as Milan take on Newcastle at St. James’ Park

The atmosphere is building in Newcastle ahead of AC Milan’s clash with the Premier League side and one man familiar with both sets of fans is going to be in the stands.

Having been at the UEFA Youth League match between the two sides earlier in the day, Tuttosport (via Milan News) reports that Tonali will take in his second game of the day at 21:00 CET tonight at St. James’ Park.

Toanli joined Newcastle in the summer transfer window from Milan after an offer was made that the Rossoneri could not refuse, but the move has hardly worked out for Newcastle so far given Tonali is now serving a lengthy ban for betting breaches.

Given he is a childhood Milan fan and spoke in depth about how much he loves the club, fans will be very intrigued to see his reaction in the stands to goals from either team.

Tonali still trains with his teammates each day.

  1. He is gonna be on the stands because he’s out for 10 months for gambling so…. I’m hoping he didn’t gamble this match 😂
