Tuttosport: Torino stand firm as Milan and Atletico Madrid register interest in Belotti

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of a number of clubs who have shown interest in Andrea Belotti but Torino are ready to set a firm stance, a report claims.

Belotti has nine goals and two assists in 23 Serie A fixtures for the Granata so far this season, but he may choose to try and force a move to a bigger club given his ambitions with the Italian national team.

Milan have of course been linked with a move for the forward before, with reports in 2018 stating that they saw a bid of €50m plus Patrick Cutrone rejected, but this summer may represent a better time to sign the boyhood Milanista.

It was claimed by both Tuttosport and La Stampa over the past couple of months that Milan have not given up on Belotti and could launch a summer move, especially if Zlatan Ibrahimovic departs.

The former have now given an update (via Calciomercato.com), claiming that Milan, Napoli, Fiorentina, Everton and Atletico Madrid have come forward for Belotti, but Torino have no intention of selling as per the wishes of their new sporting director Vagnati.
