Over the course of his career, Ralf Rangnick has made a name for himself with his unique training methods, often going against what is considered right from a traditional perspective.
Before taking on a bigger role in the Red Bull empire, Rangnick was the head coach of RB Leipzig, leading them from the second tier in Germany to Champions League. As we know, he focuses on young players to build a foundation for the future.
In the videos below, you can see two of Rangnick’s drills in action: a one-touch drill and one focused on fast build-up play and high pressure. Of course, these drills help the players adapt to his tactics.
