Olivier Giroud continued his good recent run of scoring as he tucked away a spot kick to give AC Milan the lead against Hellas Verona.
As the clock ticked into the two added minutes at the end of the first half, Milan were awarded a penalty. A naive challenge from Hien on Brahim originally went unpunished but VAR chief Maurizio Mariani called Paolo Valeri to have a look at it.
Olivier Giroud took on the responsibility from 12 yards looking to make it five goals in his last three games and he made absolutely no mistake, sending Montipò the wrong way with an excellent penalty.
