Yacine Adli was one of the stand-out performers for AC Milan during their 2-1 friendly win over FC Köln yesterday as the playmaker continues to impress.
Just as he was during the first preseason win on Wednesday, Adli was all over the park showing a willingness to get involved in the battle the possession, while also demonstrating the vision to pick out long balls and some fantastic dribbling in space. Below is a compilation of his highlights…

You forgot the the positions that is Milan’s weakness: RW! If only one player were to come, it should be a RW.
What if Maldini actually sign CdK as Wide Playmaker (from the right)?

Impressive for his first minutes. Another great work from M&M considering the transfer fee. I am not sure whether we still need to push for De Ketelaere or invest in a genuine RW
I’m going to differ from most posts here we don’t need a RW if Pioli can change formation and run a 4312 with giving Leao some freedom (in the front 2( to drift wide to his natural position). 3 man mid of Tonali, Adli, Bennacer with Pobega and Krunic backing them up and 1 more CM (hopefully Sanches). AM would be CDK backed up by Messias or even trying Alexis there if needed. Then up top Giroud or origi next to Leao or Rebic. Sounds pretty solid to me and we drop our biggest weakness (RW).

He is not kessie’s replacement… they don’t play similar. He is more like a 10
It is completely different style of playing to compare him with cashie.. while cashie has superior on his physic and stamina, Adli has a better skill for playing and controling the ball. In additon, Adli has better overal in term of dribling, paasing and speed. For me, after we lost pirlo to juventus, it like our soul of playing has been faded away.
Despite there are several player gas been filling this position, but the ritme still cant be found, which sever the connection from the mid to the attacker. Didnt you all are realize that since than since then the goal that Milan could create in the big match has been decreased drastically? Not to mention, the goal only come after the exhausting everything or penalty if we are lucky?
After watching Adli play that night, I believe he can help for bringging us back to the peak among the elite clubs, not as mediocre club that win the matches or cups with just the luck. Given that he is still to young, which still have alot of room to improve.
