AC Milan fans have gathered outside the team hotel in Reggio Emilia to give them one last send-off before their game against Sassuolo this evening.
The equation going into the match is simple: if Milan avoid defeat against the Neroverdi then they will be crowned Serie A champions for the first time since the 2010-11 season. However, Sassuolo are a tricky opponent and the fans wanted to make their voices heard and their presence felt to fire the team up.
