Watch: Tomori explains ‘family’ feel at Milan and discusses derby win

By Isak Möller -

Fikayo Tomori shared his thoughts on AC Milan’s important win against Inter in the Derby della Madonnina last night, stating that the Rossoneri are in a very good mood.

The Englishman played the game from start to finish and although he lost Edin Dzeko on Inter’s second goal, it was a solid performance from him. Of course, he and his defensive colleagues would like to keep as many clean sheets as possible.

Speaking to MilanTV (see video below), Tomori shared his thoughts on the game and the post-match feeling.

“We’re all happy right now because it was an important and difficult match, but we must push on. It’s easy to be motivated for this game, even more so with this team because we’re a family. We run for each other, we have to continue like this.

“This year, I think we’ve gone behind in three games. It happened again today and it’s something we must change, but at the end of the day, the result is the most important.”
