The rumours that Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be set to return to AC Milan in some capacity have certainly been fuelled by his presence at San Siro.
Ibrahimovic was at Milanello on the eve of the Newcastle game last week and he was in the stands for the game alongside CEO Giorgio Furlani. Then he met owner Gerry Cardinale at a hotel in Corso Venezia.
This has sparked speculation that the Swede could come back for a ‘third act’ at Milan with a number of different roles hypothesises, and he is back at San Siro today for the Lazio game.
