TMW: Ibrahimovic ‘seriously considering’ LA Galaxy renewal despite Milan links

By Isak Möller -

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, there are no big clubs in Europe willing to convince Zlatan Ibrahimovic to join on a free transfer in January. Therefore, the Swede is ‘seriously considering’ to renew his contract with LA Galaxy.

The MLS side have offered the striker €7m for a two-year contract, per the report, and the offers from Dubai and China are not convincing. As a result of this, Ibrahimovic could wait until the deadline once again before deciding, like last year.

In Italy, Bologna are keen on signing the 38-year-old. As the report continues, though, Ibrahimovic is only willing to return to Europe for a big club. There is still hope for the Rossoblu, but for now, the deal seems to be very difficult.

Despite their struggles up front, Milan haven’t made a move for the player yet. By the looks of it, they won’t make one either. Therefore, Ibrahimovic’s return to the Rossoneri seems ever so distant.
