Brahim Diaz has been linked with a move back to AC Milan this month, but Carlo Ancelotti has effectively shut down the rumours today.
The Moroccan attacker spent three years at Milan, and he was a favourite among the fans, and since his move back to Real Madrid, there have been questions about a potential return at some point.
It has not been a one-way stream, though. Instead, there have been countless suggestions about the Rossoneri’s interest in the midfielder, with suggestions that their interest in the talent never faded, even after he returned to Spain.
These rumours have been re-lit recently, with reports stating that the club have been considering a move for the talent, or perhaps even taking his Real teammate on loan. However, the factors of a move for Brahim have made it look unlikely.
Today, the likelihood of a deal has fallen further, as Ancelotti admitted that the 25-year-old will play an important role within his squad this season, and Milan News have relayed his words.
“Brahim is back from injury and is very well. He scored goals in the national team, he’s back in extraordinary condition. He will be important for us, he plays on the outside, he helps the midfielders. He will be as important as he was last year and I think he will be even more important.”
Ancelotti should try taking a mid level team sometime instead of jumping from top club to top club. I would seriously love to see if he would build a club with less money than Real has. It just seems to me that he has every advantage at Madrid.
He already did that with Everton.
Besides its not his fault his teams are great. Nobody ever put a rule that one must manage a poor or average side to prove one is a great coach/manager.
He is one of the greatest to do it period.
Why should he take a midtable team if he has qualities to be with big clubs. Its not like we would take a low level job when we have qualities to be in a great company were everything is perfect what regards bennefits salary and skilled employees.
