Arsenal and Man Utd to rival AC Milan in pursuit of Carrasco

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan’s interest in Carrasco was revealed a few days ago, and since then fans have urged the club to secure the signing before it’s too late. Now, however, Sky Italia and GdS report that Arsenal and Man Utd have joined the Rossoneri.

The former Atletico Madrid man has asked his club, Dalian Yifang, to let him leave this transfer window as he wants to return to Europe. However, signing Carrasco is proving to be a difficult task for the clubs interested, as the Chinese side aren’t willing to let him go on loan.

In fact, reports suggest that they’re looking for at least €30m, though this evaluation could be lowered once negotiations progress. Sky Italia add that Arsenal have been in contact with Dalian Yifang, as the Gunners is the player’s preferred destination.
