Italian media has always stated that Milan have a €22m buy-out clause in the contract, while Real Madrid have a €27m buy-back. However, the reports have not been the same in Spanish media and this was highlighted again today.

Agreed. After his “adjustment” season and full summer training camp in 2023, CDK ought to be given a run as the undisputed CAM in 2023/24. Having Sweet & Sour Diaz around would only continue to muddy the waters.
He’s far more reliable than CDK or any other similarly priced CAM. If he can be bought for $25m then do it and sell CDK. No reason to let a talent like Brahim get away.
